Shipping policy

We currently ship our products within Germany and to selected countries in the European Union.

These include in particular countries using the euro, such as:
Austria, the Netherlands, Belgium, France, Spain, Italy, and other EU member states.

Germany: free shipping
EU countries: shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout depending on the destination country

Orders are usually within 1–3 business days processed after receipt of payment and handed over to our shipping service provider.

Please note that no processing or handover takes place on weekends or public holidays.

After handover to the shipping service provider, the estimated delivery time is:

Germany: usually 2–5 business days
EU countries: usually 3–10 business days (depending on the destination country)

Shipping is carried out by Hermes or an equivalent shipping service provider.
