We ship within Germany as well as to selected countries in the European Union. You can see if delivery to your country is possible during checkout.

Shipping Costs

Germany:
Shipping within Germany is free of charge.

Outside the EU:
Shipping costs depend on the respective destination country and will be shown to you before you complete your order during checkout.

Processing Time

We typically process and package your order within 1–3 working days after payment has been received.

No processing or handover to the shipping service provider takes place on weekends and public holidays.

Delivery Time

After handover to the shipping service provider, the estimated delivery time is:

Germany: usually 2–5 working days

Outside the EU: usually 3–10 working days, depending on the destination country

Shipping Carrier

Shipping is carried out via Hermes.

As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information via email.
